Shipping & Returns

Shipping times vary but for most Capital Cities within Australia we estimate 2-3 days, country areas can take between 2-5 days and remote locations can be 4-7 days.

We are here to provide a great experience for you. As we are always aiming for a happy and satisfied customer, please familiarise yourself with the policies clearly outlined below so that you can place your order whilst being fully informed of our terms. 

Returns

We understand that circumstances change and stuff simply happens, in the event of a change of mind, the customer is responsible for returning and paying for the postage of the goods in it's original new condition within 14 days, after the product is inspected, we will issue a credit in the form of a gift card or in extenuating circumstances a refund. In these circumstances please contact us at info@wonderfulsuitcases.com as soon as possible and we will provide the address to send the item to. 

Payment

Full payment is needed at the time of purchase and before the shipment of goods will be made. Orders will not be despatched prior to cleared payment and if payment does not clear (such as in the case of a Paypal e-Cheque) the order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery

Delivery costs are calculated on weight, volume and the final destination. We do not offer 'safe to leave' options or untracked delivery services although in COVID times some delivery services may make this choice themselves outside of our direction. Currently we provide an estimate of delivery charges at checkout, further shipping charges may apply to multiple items and actual costs may be invoiced after the order placement for those products.

We use only professional logistics providers and every care is been taken to ensure the best standard of delivery however we cannot always guarantee the quality of these third party delivery services.

Australian Consumer Law

The Wonderful Little Suitcase Company is pleased to provide full support of the Australian Consumer Guarantee and is a firm advocate for Australian consumer rights. Faulty goods will be refunded or repaired once proof of the fault has been provided.

Our terms are designed to provide you with excellent service whilst at the same time protecting our small family business, we appreciate your respect for this so that we can continue bringing our ethical, educational, eco friendly product to you.

To successfully return your order, your items must meet the following rules:​

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  2. The suitcases and/or playmats must be in their original condition and in their original packaging. 

  3. The playmats with extra items, i.e. additional cars or wooden memory game must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Please note items that have been used, washed or are not in their original packaging may be rejected.
